Again, again and again...where have we heard those words before? Oh yeah, I remember now. Those words came from John Edwards telling Congress to send the Iraq supplemental funding bill back to Bush until he decides he wants to do the right thing and fund the troops. Well evidently Joe Biden endorses John Edwards statement. As usual Edwards was in the lead.
From Senator Biden...
"If it were up to me, I would send the same emergency spending bill back to the President with the money our troops need and the plan to end the war the American people expect. Let the President veto it, again and again and again. Let the President demonstrate that he is totally out of touch with what our troops need, what the American people want and where America's interests lie," Senator Biden said.
"We must keep the pressure on every single day until this policy levee the president has erected breaks," the senator said.

Here is an interesting article from Cate Edwards that shows the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. What a wonderful young woman she must be.
Edwards' daughter supports decision to continue campaign
The Associated Press
Cate Edwards, the 25-year-old daughter of presidential hopeful John Edwards, is behind her parents' decision to continue the campaign despite Elizabeth Edwards' incurable cancer.
"If these were Mom's last days, would she spend them sitting at home? I don't think she would," the Harvard law student told Harper's Bazaar.
"Can't they do both?" she said of criticism suggesting her father should not run for the sake of her younger brother and sister, 7-year-old Jack and 9-year-old Emma Claire. "They've made the decision that those two things must be simultaneously possible - to continue the campaign and to parent young children."
Cate Edwards had harsh words for Ann Coulter, who used the word 'faggot' in referring to John Edwards.
"I think very little of what comes out of Ann Coulter's mouth is legitimate political talk, but that in particular was so offensive because it's just incredibly derogatory," she said. "I was offended that people were clapping for that kind of language. It's hate talk."
Carla Marinucci: If you were a car, what kind of a car would you be?
The study comes to us via NameWire, a product naming blog that has all kinds of information on the selling of the presidential candidates. The NameWire folks say that, according to the study, Hillary Clinton means "competence;" Barak Obama means "celebrity" which ties in nicely with Oprah Winfrey's endorsement, John Edwards means "compassion," Rudy Giuliani is an American icon, John McCain is an American hero, Mitt Romney is an American idol.
"Or, to put it another way, Clinton is a Volvo station wagon. Obama is a BMW Z4 convertible. Edwards is a Prius. Giuliani is a Toyota Rav4. McCain is a Ford pickup. Romney is a Dodge Viper
Here is some good news about Edwards online supporter access
Edwards campaign leads pack in online supporter access
Democratic challenger's operation is flooding the social networking sites in the push to be president.
WASHINGTON -- If there's a social networking site that John Edwards is not a part of, we'd like to know what it is, pronto.
No one's sure exactly what role these sites -- aka socnets -- will play in the presidential election. But whatever it is, Edwards isn't taking any chances. He's on the big ones: Flickr, YouTube, Facebook, et al., where supporters and well-wishers are sending their best to his wife, Elizabeth. Edwards also is on some of the newest, mostly unheard of URLs. Blip.tv, anyone? He's there. 43Things.com? There, too.
In fact, the former senator is signed up in at least 23 socnets -- more than any other presidential candidate. And that's not counting John Edwards One Corps, his own networking site that campaign officials say has 20,000 members and 1,200 chapters.
Here is an article on Edwards appearing at a luncheon for Women Employed in Chicago
CHICAGO - John Edwards knows how to work a room. Especially if that room is filled predominantly with women.
To a charmed crowd of 1,200 Wednesday afternoon at the Hilton Hotel on South Michigan Avenue, the former one-term North Carolina senator and presidential hopeful gave the keynote speech at a luncheon benefiting Women Employed, a Chicago-based group dedicated to improving working conditions and wages for women of low income.
In his speech, titled "Ending Poverty in America," Edwards emphasized his plan for cutting poverty in the U.S. by a third in this decade, and eliminating it completely by 2037.
"I do believe [poverty] is a moral issue for America," Edwards said. "I think it says something about our character, how we treat millions of our own people, including millions of women who wake up every day literally worried about feeding and clothing their children. We're better than that."
The southern Democrat drew an audible gasp from the audience as he recounted a story about a Kansas City single mother who worked full-time but feared her children would be taken from her. She earned $9.50 an hour but couldn't afford to pay both her gas and heat bills.
"No woman in America should live that way," Edwards said.
I'm going to sign off tonight with a video from John Edwards at the Democratic Convention in California. This is his speech on getting out of Iraq. GO JOHNNY GO!!!!!!! You speak for the American people!
